Hi Bill,

I used to use it all the time, it's a very nice developer. I usually use
either Delta 100 or 400, with the empahsis on 400 these days. My
personal opinion is that XTOL shows less grain with the 400 film than
ilfosol-s which is partly why I switched. The main reason, however, is
because of availability problems. For some reason all the dealers here
in DC either don't carry it, or are constantly out of stock. I also once
got a batch that was expired (Ilford dosen't date their container) and I
lost two rolls that way. This is a developer that can go off very
suddenly, so if it is darker than light straw don't use it!

Having said that, I have some 120 Delta 100 shots that are just lovely.
