I just received a number of old items from a LUG and ebay purchase,
and they came in the old Leica boxes - some in the red and white
boxes, and some in that really old light grey box.

They are lovely, and such a nice reminder to when I used to buy this
stuff back in the 70's. The new boxes are so stark in their naked
white.

Maybe the liason with Hermes will change this. I've never bought
a Hermes item - what are their boxes like?

On a more relevant topic, I also picked up a used darkroom this
weekend. I got fed up with the digital darkroom/orange shift/resolution
threads, and jumped back into the analog realm. And the used price
was a bargain.

Let me know when we all get back to discussing photography and
Leica usage. Or Leica stacking. How high could you stack LTM's?
