So can I - unreservedly!!
I've dealt with Brian (Preston) for years, and he is one of those
rare dealers who sincerely has the buyer's interest at heart, which
is why so many of us go back to him time and time again (not just to
admire one of the finest collection of old Leicas in Britain). Over
the years he has come to be looked on more as friend than a dealer.

What prospective customers should know, however, is that some years
ago he gave up his Leica franchise because Leitz demanded that he
keep every item in the catalogue in stock (in those days this ran to
hundreds)! Being the kind of individual who ploughs his own furrow,
he declined to bow to pressure and now trades second hand only. Bear
this in mind, and any Leica lover who is not looking for new items is
in for a wonderful reception!
Nick.
