Yes, indeed, Martin!  16 is definitely the cat's pajamas.  I wonder if the
esteemed 75 'lux could have rendered it any better.  Very nice samples.

I spend a LOT of time in there; in fact, Johnny's site was one of two
(Kyle's being the other) that inspired me to jump into photography in the
first place.  He's a master of the craft, and having tried it myself for a
few months now, I can tell you it is no easy craft to master.

I knew Johnny used the 35/1.4 and 28/2.8 a lot, but didn't realize he'd
thrown a 75 into the mix.  I love the results, though.  It speaks a lot more
of the photographer than the equipment, as you rightly point out.  You could
give the man _any_ lens and he'd turn it into brilliant images.  I aspire
toward even a bit of that skill, but I recognize the bulk of it is sheer
talent and creative genius.

Where's the Deadman been lately, anyway?
