It's in English, believe it or not. the translation to modern English reads: "The language doesn't change nohow." At this point I'm going to boldly declare that language is the result of the common understanding of its users, and all that the academicians of the world can do is analyse the outcome after the fact. They had the original people before the printing press spelling things several different ways on the same hand copied document. It was almost inferred that correct spelling in the English Old English language did not even exist. Spell it anyway you want to spell it. Phonetically...
