In my line of work, we use the term QA (Quality Assurance) we jokingly
call it Quality Avoidance. :)

Why don't we call our local reps and have them do the brow beating?

Leica, Germany... Instead of pounding them for unavailability of new toys,
why not pound them to improve QC????  These stories must not be getting to
the upper echelon at Leica.
