The APDOO is a Leica product, and is quite easy to find, as these are most
common.  The OZTNO adapter is also a Leica product, but is a bit harder,
and, no, mine are not for sale!

The HAMA self-timer ought to be available from your village camera store
or, if not, some other self-timer should be in their stock.
