By Schneider for Leica-fit.
Leitz never listed it in their catalogues.
There was an extensive article on it in a relatively recent episode of Viewfinder,

Subject:	[Leica] R zoom question Tele-Variogon?

I've just run across a listing for an R mount 80-240 f4 Tele-Variogon lens.
Does anyone know anything about this lens? I'm familiar with the 80-200 4.5
and up lenses. This is one I haven't seen or heard of. Is it a lens that was
produced by Leica, or a third party maker like the Angenieux zooms?

Thanks
Scott Stewart
