I never thought the old Delta 400 pushed that well.
Sounds like the new stuff is made for pushing.
I'll check around and see if there is any available in the US.

It seems to me that Ilford is more interested in B&W than the Great 
Yellow Father.
I am kind of amazed (in a good way) when any new B&W product comes out.
