A good day out is the Natural History Museum in Kensington, and next door is the
Victoria and Albert Museum. Go upstairs to the Print Room at the V&A and look at
and handle prints by the worlds greatest photographers, but go with a written
list of names as your brain goes blank as soon as you walk in the door. If your
wife objects to much she can either stay in the Natural History with your son or
go down the road to Harrods and spend all your hard-earned cash. I regret that I
know of no camera shops in this particular area but looking at good photography
is always better than looking at good cameras.
