I gleaned the following from the Leica Chat Forum on Leicas home page:

"Not only that, but I have now discovered that one Hong Kong dealer has 
recently been advertising that he would pay 5 times the list price for any of 
these lenses. He so far has bought 12. "

This wouldn't be Joseph, would it?
