Juan,
    The winding knob  one of the easiest parts of the Leica M6 to ding.

    Fortunately, it is also an easy repair, and If you don't  want to
attempt it yourself, it should take any repairman about  two minutes to
switch them.  Unfortunatly the knob is, like most leica parts quite
expensive, something like  US $100.
    To remove the old one, open the camera (after taking the film out... )
Pull the knob up, and you will see a tiny set screw.  Remove the screw and
save it.  (Leica doesn't send you a spare.)
    Then insert something sturdy, like a wrapped small screwdriver, or a
suitable sized piece of wood or plastic into the slot that engages the film
canister to hold it fast.
    Next, simply rotate the winding knob, and it will unscrew off the post.
    Screw the new one on, keeping the inside post stable, and reinsert the
tiny set screw, and there you have it.
