I was in Sacramento today, and stopped in to Pardee's Camera on El Camino.
Very nice Lecia store, and nice people. Neat camera collection, old book
sales, good darkroom department, etc. I got to fondle the Series 0 there.
Very cute. That viewfinder is just what V*********** (is that better,
Marc?) needs for the 12mm so you don't shoot your feet (or stomach for some
of us)! They wanted $3000 for it, and since the several on ebay hadn't even
reached the $2495 MAP price, I wasn't in a rush to pay a premium on impulse!

Leica should make that case in an M6 size for the body and collapsible
Elmar, it's really nice. I'd buy the lens to be able to use the case!

Too many special editions all at once -- LHSA models, Series 0, and Joseph's
Greenies coming soon!
