Yes. 
The Polaroid film strip holder is fairly easy to use and you get the 
whole frame 
(99.9% anyway) Buy an extra so you can have one loaded and ready to put 
in the machine as quickly as you eject the other.

Polaroid service in the US is pretty good too. They offer a service 
contract that gives you advance shipment replacement. They send you a 
loaner when you call and you send them yours to be repaired, then you 
send theirs back after yours is returned so you are only without a 
scanner for 24-48 hours. Well worth the cost if you NEED a scanner all 
the time.

You can buy the Polaroid 4000 now - and its been out a while so you also 
know what you're buying. The new scanners will be unknown quantities for 
just a while longer. I suspect they will be very good scanners but why 
not wait and see which one proves to be the best?  Wait until a new 
product is proven - at least a couple of months. I've spent too much time 
and money at the bleeding edge of technology to want to go there anymore.
