Just got it a month or two ago. It has wored flawlessly. I don't have the
motor winder or motor drive to check out the potential problem. I like the
R8 and I also have a Nikon F5 and F3HP and Canon F1N and others. She ranks
right up there. My Elmarit 35 2.8 3  cam works good and the stop-down
shutter slide works ok.
