Fuji Superia 100, 200 and 400 is widely available as are the Kodak
equivalents. Occasionally Agfa and Konica colour print films can be found.
If you want anything more exotic such as 800 or transparency films they can
be found in a few outlets in the larger cities.

Be sure to carry plenty of spare camera batteries: the 1.5v Silver Oxide and
3v Lithiums for M6s are almost impossible to find in China though at a pinch
you could use the 1.5v Alkaline ones.
