Well, I don't know if I'll call it "political". Let's change the term,
let's call some sort of objection. This is a doublesided part of
photography, and Leica is deeply linked to it. I could probably avoid
comments on Bush II and others, but then we must also avoid all those
small "innocent" (and very reactionary) comments that often are pouring
through this forum.

Lens caps? I don't know if I ever had any, or I must have lost them long
time ago. No, I just have two old, but excellent M-Leicas with 35 and 50
mm lenses, a Contax T2, an Olympus Mju-2, a Nikon FM with a 105mm, a light
meter somewhere, lots of undeveloped films in a freezer, lots of negs
(even if I lost all my pre-1985 work, and parts of later work as well). I
have no bags, no zing or zang, no winders or soft release buttons (I
should probably try one of those). I like it simple and basic - less
distortion that way.

I haven't put up a web page yet, but at least I have a computer now that
makes it possible to see digitized images [and I have discovered another
LUG (Linux Users Group)]. I must try to find a reasonable scanner and find
some time as well. I'm bloody busy... now, back to the lawn mower!
