Subject: [Leica] [LEICA] Sad, isn't it?

Dear All,

I think that, by now, there must be several LUG members, myself
included, who are saddened by having to witness two people, whom we
have come to admire in their respective fields of achievement,
conducting a petty squabble in a puerile manner that is not normally
encountered outside the worlds of academia and politics.

(Reflecting on what I have written above, I think I should have a chat
with the Parole Board - my sentence appears to be too long!)

Please, fellers, try to agree to disagree. Fight all you want off-list
but keep the LUG on topic. Let's go back to taking pictures of cats
that are 18% grey. (Is the colour of the remaining 82% of the cat a
matter of personal taste, or does it require a master's degree in
feline anatomy?) ;-)

And if anyone runs over MY R8 in an Nissan 4F, they'll be hearing from
my lawyer - especially if I'm using it at the time!

Regards,

;-)

Ray Moth

P.S. It is said that a person who conducts his/her own defense in court
has a fool for a client. Does it then follow that a photog who takes
self-portraits has a fool for a subject?
