My experience, contrary to Erwin's reports, is that the lens must be checked
and matched to the body.  My 75 was focusing BEHIND the subject....  Once
this is done, the lens works beautifully.  In my case, I paid Leica USA $35
for the checkout and adjustment on the lens, while the body was under
warranty.

I would buy the lens again, used or new, BUT and a big BUT, plan on having
it calibrated.
