There are at least three current producers of these adaptors. Novoflex
(http://www.novoflex.de/html/products.htm) and Stephen Gandy
(http://cameraquest.com/) both sell relatively expensive ones that attach
directly to the M bayonet mount. SRB Film Service
(http://www.srbfilm.co.uk/index1.html) has an inexpensive one that needs an
additional standard bayonet adaptor. I own the one from SRB Film Service,
which is generally well made but does not put the index marks for focusing
and aperture selection in the expected top position.
