John W. Lee, organizer of the upcoming NY LUG meeting send me a copy of

Kanto Camera Service Co., Ltd. makes an eyepiece ring for M 2, 3, & 4
cameras. They cost 800 yen each. (120Yen = $ 1.00 US)

Kanto is an authorized Leica repair center in Japan. They also make an
assortment of battery converters for the old mercury batteries.
The site is in Japanese, so you will have to use a translation service.
