Eric,

I think a closer comparison would be if a photo of the room in which your
photograph is hanging appears in Good Housekeeping and your photo is clearly
visible. Does that violate copyright?

Replace "sculpture" with "photograph."

If you buy a print, are you allowed to make copies of that print and sell
them?  (No.)

Are you allowed to hang the print on your wall?  (Yes.)
