As a lawyer who has worked in the ethics and professionalism field for 30 + 
years, I read this duel of words (laden with both legal and psychic content) 
between a working free-lance photographer and a [doubtles] highly paid lawyer 
for the NY Times with  enormous satisfaction.

For those of you who might haved skipped it, I earnestly commend it to your 
attention. The result is the way great companies should respond, although it 
should not have taken the Times nearly so long to realize that what is 
<legal> is not always <right>.
