To me a Noctilux gives you in your Leica M system what you don't get with
shooting a Nikon or Canon.
You are getting an amazing lens. A lens which works amazingly well on a Leica M
rangefinder camera.
A camera which focuses seveal times more accurately than an SLR. And a lens
which demands that.

Even though it is bigger and heavier that most Leica m glass and is supposedly
optimized for extreme low light work; i can see having my Noctilux when i get
one on my camera a great deal of the time.
I just love the results I've been seeing that you'all post or upload for us to
see rather.

And i love 50's.
And i love special purpose 50's.
And i love using special purpose gear for other than their special purpose.

So some day for me for sure a Noctilux. IN the next year and a half certainly.
It produces remarkable images. That's what using Leica is all about.
