Subject: [Leica] Head and plate for monopod

I used my R8 + 280/2.8 lens on a Benbo monopod and found the combo to be a
bit wobbly. The Manfrotto (Bogen in USA) quick release plate was not man
enough for the job either and twisted round setting the lens off axis.

Any suggestions for a good head and quick release plate I could use on the
monopod?
Thanks in advance,
Paul
