received this a.m.:

"Thank you payment has been gratefully received. Your item will be
shipped out with my next mailing. Please allow at least 2-5 weeks for
your item to work it?s way through the respective postal and customs
services,"

i know you're all as excited as i am to watch the various video tapes of
the PLUG taking the camera in to various shops and complaining that
the shutter doesn't seem to be working.....

plug: "hello, i'm hoping that you fix cameras here."

bobs cameras: "yes, we do. how can i help you?"

plug: "i just bought this leica camera, now they're supposed to be
very good cameras i hear, but i can't get the shutter to fire."

bc: "let me have a look at it, the leica cameras are very reliable, but
every once in a while -- JIMINY CRICKETS! what happened to
this camera?"

plug: "huh? nothing, i didn't do anythilng to it. it was working yesterday,
and now it's not."

bc: "this camera has been in a fire, or run over by a tank."

plug: "no it hasn't."

bc: "it's completely destroyed."

plug: "are you saying that you don't fix cameras? i'll take my business
elsewhere!"

something along those lines....
