Okay, now we're getting hardcore, what about Orkney Dark Island?

Black as tar and oh-so yummy.

Nathan has a valid point; Belgium has the diversity, but I never forgave 
you guys for letting those poor monks brew beer in silence out of 
BERRIES.  The Leica of brewers, perhaps, while the Czechs are Zeiss.  ;-)
