There are now some artisanal producers of low yield - high quality wines,
most notably Chasselas. Much like Soave in Italy Chasselas has undergone a
remarkable transformation over the last 15 years. I don't think you will
find any of them on the shores of the Zurichsee and when you do find them
they won't be cheap.
