Subject: Re: [Leica] Focus problems with 90mm

i had a similar problem with both my m6's which only became apparent
when i started using the noctilux and 90 cron wide open. my problem
was particularly vexing because one of my m6's and the 90 cron were
actually both off in compensating directions! thus at 6 feet the
90 cron and the m6 *seemed* to focus fine, but other lenses didn't focus
well on the m6.

my recommendation is to try a number of body/lens combinations to make sure
you have identified the culprit. i was able to borrow lenses and a body
from my fabulous leica dealer (plug: Bergen County Camera in Westwood NJ
www.bergencountycamera.com) to help identify my problem. then i had them
send to leica in NJ. turnaround time is quite reasonable these days,
maybe 3-4 weeks.
