Matt's a staff photographer at the Star-Ledger, New Jerseys "largest paper". He won a Pulitzer for a series titled "After the Fire", about two students injured in a dormitory fire at Seton Hall. In the beginning of the interview, he talks about getting started at the hospital and says "[...] I took a Leica M6 and four folls of film, stuffed them in my jacket, and walked in" The interview is interesting and the photo's are very moving. It seems to me that he really put his heart and soul into the project and it seems that the "quiet, unobtrusiveness" of the M's is something he knows how to use intentionally. On the magazine front, I enjoy Photo Insider a lot.
