Preheat the tank with the film in the tank for 5 minutes. No water. If you 
happen to get uneven development (highly unlikely) then presoak in water 
for 2 minutes instead of the 5 min dry preheat.

Whatever method of tank agitation will work OK as long as it is often 
enough. I would recommend two inversion/rotates every 30 seconds.

This process is pretty bullet proof. Not much can go wrong. Use 86°F (30°C).
