If everyone here gets a vote, then mine is for the Summicron 35 f2.
It is small, light, sharp, and fast enough for most things that most
people do.

I have an older generation Summi with the little focus tab, and I use
it everyday. They are available on the used market from US$500, and
the results are sometimes breathtaking.

If you are into such things, the bokeh is quite nice with the lens,
and . . . Oh, I better stop now, I'm beginning to choke up from
emotion.

Regards,

Sonny
