One thing that can help stop the waste of forwarding "chicken little"
announcements is to check the veracity yourself before passing it on.  Both
the US House and Senate have web sites where you can find the full text of
various bills before committees.  Here's a sure tip that this is a
hoax...602P is an invalid bill number.  Doesn't exist.  Never has, never
will.  Besides, checking stuff out for yourself first may save some future
embarrassment.  :)
