If the bottles are kept in the dark it doesn't matter.  If you keep them in
the light then blue lets in shorter wavelengths that have more energy which
will break down the reactive agents in your developer :(  Of course, if the
blue bottles were cheap or free as MOM bottles can be then I would get out a
can of spray paint and go for it.
