Subject: [Leica] 35 'chron question

OK, so I have in my hands a brand new Bessa-T. The 101st Anniv. one, by the
way. Really nice.
But, I discover that my pre-asp 35mm ‘chron won’t work.
It will mount if turned to min. focus, but then when focusing the black
baffle (?) thing that sticks out from in-between the rear lens element and
the brass focus helicoids hits the camera body at the bottom and the top.
In looking for this camera I found no notice on what lenses that it would or
wouldn’t accept.
So, what’s up? Anybody on this list have a clue if it’s the Bessa or the
‘chron?
Replies on or off line accepted.
Thanks,

Jay Burleson
