I like that idea, I suppose...but it is not how I interpreted Brian's
original letter. I thought he was suggesting ALL PAW notices and critiques
go to a new sub-list. Having the original announcement posts go to the LUG
and critiques go to the PAW group would be fine with me...then we would have
the flexibility to read critiques if we like.

I do second Tina's idea of a certain day for posting and replying......there
would be bugs to work out as an influx of 50+ images on a given day would
overwhelm most of us, I think and wouldn't allow much time for discussion.
That alone could solve the problem.

I agree most with whomever wrote that they like to see the pictures and
delete the critiques. That is mostly what I do...

Another idea would be for PAWers to put their email address on their site so
someone compelled to do so could write directly to them and avoid having a
critique go to the entire list........that would slow down a lot of traffic
but might also rid us of the 'group discussion' aspect of this whole
project.

One little problem...........so many fixes.

: Hi Lea,
:
: When I read your fist two lines I rather interpret then as a argument in
: favour of posting PAW notices on the LUG and PAW critiques on a separate
: PAW Critique List. Brian's original note suggested the large increase in
: PAW critiques is overwhelming the list and that a critique list may be
: necessary.
:
: Why not continue subscribing to the LUG (which will include PAW
: announcements) and not subscribe to the PAW Critique list?
