A tight composition using great window light giving us a well done portrait
showing a warm human being. What more could you want?

The image of the nannies with children in tow would be vastly improved if
you re-read the PLUG rules and had run in front of the gaggle with exposure
and focus set, gotten to child level and fired off a shot or two, the
children's faces instead of their backs would make a much stronger image.
