Actually, if you want to blame somebody, blame ourselves and our
representatives that have created the various trademark laws.  If Starbucks
didn't actively pursue trademark infringers, it could lose its right to the
mark.

Somebody was using Starbucks' trademark to make money.  The point of a
trademark is to prevent that.  Seems pretty simple.  :)
