Just last year the corporate giant sued a San Francisco cartoonist: http://www.salon.com/business/feature/2000/06/01/starbuckssuit/ plus, they're under fire for using Genetically Engineered products in their food, milk products that contain Bovine Growth Hormone,, and coffee that is grown at Nike wages.
