Julian--
I'm a true believe in the "three" insert. The M6 with 35(old)lux, or 
50 cron, or 28 Elmarit will fit. The 50 and 28 w/o shade the 35 lux 
with shade.
I like the three because it absolutely keeps everything in place. 
Plus you can put stuff like press passes, important letters, airline 
tickets between the insert and the inside of the bag on the side that 
doesn't have Velcro.
Only thing that wouldn't work would be M6 & 90 cron.
