Subject: [Leica] Trip to Paris

My wife and I are planning a trip to Paris next month. We are just
waiting to hear back on what flats are available for rent. We plan on
taking my son Gordon and staying for about two weeks.

I am thinking of just leaving the R8 at home and bringing two M6 and an
M3. What lenses would you suggest? I have a 15mm Heliar, 24mm ASPH,
35mm Summicron ASPH, 50mm Summicron,Noctilux, 75mm Summilux, 90mm
Elmarit, and 135mm f4 Tele-Elmarit.

I was thinking of the 24mm, 35mm Summicron, Noctilux, and 75mm Summilux.
I may bring the 50mm Summicron too as it weighs so little. Since we
are renting a flat, I can always leave the lenses I don't need in the
apartment.

I am not sure whether I need the 75mm Summilux or not. Would the 135mm
come in handy instead? In reality, I should only need the 35mm and 50mm
lenses, with perhaps the 24mm in my pocket or on a third body.

My film will probably be E200, Provia 100F, and Tmax 400.

If you were going to Paris next month, what cameras (Leica) and lenses
would you take?

Regards,

Robert
