Sorry Bill, I have never asked. I do know that you have to very careful
disassembling M cameras as the tools can mark the exterior parts very
easily. I have never thought that a CLA was that expensive. Up here in
Canada it is about $260CAN or $165US for a CLA. That seems pretty reasonable
to me, sounds like about three or so hours of work with a few minor parts.
Next time I am talking to Gerry, I will ask and let you know.
