First I apologize for not being able to edit my answer, but I am using a
handheld device.

I completely agree that any kind of long term storage of a camera in a tight
fitting leather case is not good for any camera.

I am interested in using a case only on occasion for a brief time.

I might just end up ordering the Kameraleder half case for use with the
Abrahamson Rapidwinder as this is how I will be using the camera.

It will be stored in a climate controlled closet loosely packed in a canvas
Fogg bag along with dessicant.

I just wanted to get one of the older cases for sentimental reasons.

Thanks for reminding me of the dangers of ER cases. That thread I did find
in my search.
