Karina asks through the subject line.

There have traditionaly been several South Africans on the
LUG.

Because of the time differences, I don't know, nor care, who
is awake and who is not.

The LUG is basically made up of people from all continents,
all races, multi-cultures, various political outlooks, and
we have not yet spoken of religion (please don't start that
thread).

Just in case you misperceived the talk about "politically
correct," the term has a rather unique usage in the American
language. While you seem to comprehend that femine and
female are not the same thing, you should also comprehend
that some racial or ethnic or religious slurs are pretty
universal and will get a person mashed into broken bytes in
this group.

While we can pretty much figure out each other's politics
and profession due to overposting, we don't really know much
else about them regarding race, ethnicity, social class or
religon except that they are Leica persons.
