Karina,

If he made no mention of the other charges in his auction, then you are NOT
obligated to pay them, no matter what he says.  I strongly suggest you let
eBay know about that.  Also, please post appropriate feedback for him,
relating your experience with the extra charges.

I stopped being afraid to post negative feedback to people that I have a not
so pleasant experience with...as others have said, sellers that really
misrepresent the condition is the thing I've had the most problem with.

Do you have the auction number/URL, I'd love to see the case!
