Just so Fuji gets some equal time here - I used to buy the Fuji E-6 mailers
for 35mm transparency. They did some really bad things over about three
years until I finally gave up on their national lab, in Arizona, I think.
Film was lost (three or four rolls). Wrong rolls were sent to me. Film was
too dirty to print on Cibachrome sometimes. Two or three times they sent
back Fuji RMS 100/1000 film unprocessed because "we don't push film" (a
phone call to me would have solved the obvious - process it normally or I
would not have sent it there in the first place). Phone calls on most
problems went unanswered for weeks at a time.

Finally I switched to Chromeworks in San Francisco - nice folks who call if
there is any question. Processing is perfect and VERY clean. Cost is a few
bucks more, but what's that in comparison to all the other costs? So far, so
good . . .
