Right you are, Oliver...Coming back from Miami a week after the 40 minutes
of having each roll of film inspected, I had sent all my film back home by
Fed Ex...BUT...this time the security specialists decided that they needed
to check my shoes - which the Boston folks hadn't check - and my camera
case - looks like a large carryon suitcase....BUT....checking the case meant
passing one of those little bomb patches over it, WITHOUT opening it, even
though the security specialsts said the Xray unit hadn't been able to see
through the various layers of stuff....
ah well.....

I am with you on this.  do'nt play game like this these days since everyone
is in annoying state of bomb and crap like that so don't try unless you have
$$ for another airplan ticket and insulted of down to teeth search
