Well, y'all must be thinking - that broad talks alot, does she ever actually
use a camera???

We, in Perth, marked the 87th ANZAC day ceremony with the traditional dawn
service, street parade and service.

I went along expecting to find a handful of people who would make the
effort, this being my first - I was wrong.
There were 25,000 people, a big number for Perth and even more surprising
was how many young people there were.

The dawn service started with the laying of the wreaths followed by the Last
Post, you could have heard a pin drop....literally, except for the
interupting calls of the kookaburras - that was just the start...

I knew it was going to be a long day.....

I was emotionally charged and by the time the final parade passed I could
have just sat on the pavement and sobbed....I needed my Leica to hide my
tears on many occasions....

I hope you enjoy these as much as I did taking them..
