I've tried it. Works very well. If you photograph static objects with 
a tripod. Otherwise the effective film speed makes this combo 
impractical

impractical.

What is amazing is how different the negatives, and the prints turn 
out with these two developers.

Other developers I have tried with TP includes Tetenal Dokufin (?) 
which I did not like at all (still much too much contrast)and MACO LC 
(for low contrast) which I liked best of everything I tried. The 
latter even got a realistic film speed of 25 -40.

I have given up TP, sure the grain is fine, but it does not look 
sharp. When I get back to Hamburg next week there is a bottle of AM 
50 (much recommended by Erwin) waiting to be tested. I'll post the 
results
