What I need is a scanner that will reach 6X9 with great quality that won't break the bank, I really would rather acquire the 28 Summicron and a 85 body rather than acquire a Nikon 8000 scanner. So, Austin if you would, what is important in flat bed scanners, who does a good job of capturing detail in a slide or negative with the emphasis on quality over price as long as we aren't talking about Leica prices.
